Pacific Direct Shutters n Blinds window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate. Coverages extends to:

a) all internal mechanisms,

b)components and brackets,

c)operational cords for a full 2 years from the date of purchase.

Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

Not Covered by a Lifetime Limted Warranty

The following is not covered:

a) Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear;

b) abuse, accidents, misuse or alteration to the products;

c) exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading overtime.

d) failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
